Bailey Wright

Hi! I’m Bailey!

I’m a travel advisor, mom, former Disney Cast Member, and your travel expert! I love helping families take the stress out of travel so they can focus on the things that matter most — experiencing the world together and making some pretty amazing memories along the way.
I’ve traveled all over the world with my toddler, so I know firsthand that traveling with little ones comes with its own set of challenges. Nap schedules, packing ALL the things, stroller logistics, long travel days… I’ve been there! But I also know just how incredible it is to experience a destination through their eyes. There’s something magical about watching your child discover something new, and those are the moments that make all the extra planning completely worth it.
My goal is to help families feel prepared and confident before they ever leave home, so they can worry less about the logistics and have more time to soak up those little moments together.

My Favorite Trips to Plan:

  • First Cruises
  • Multi-Generational Family Vacations

My Favorite Destinations:

  • Paris – A city I fell in love with and one that will always hold a piece of my heart.
  • Denmark – One of the coolest countries I have ever visited
  • Taiwan – I had the opportunity to live there for six months, which gave me an entirely different way to experience the destination beyond simply visiting.
  •  Disneyland – There’s nothing quite like the original, and after working there as a Cast Member, it feels a little like coming home every time I visit.
  • The Caribbean – Give me sunshine, beautiful blue water, and a cruise ship, and I’m happy!
  • Maui – Pure paradise and the place where I got engaged, so there are some pretty amazing memories tied to this island.

Dream Vacation:

One of my biggest travel goals is to visit all seven continents! I’m currently at 4/7, with South America, Australia, and Antarctica still on the list. Honestly, give me two really good cruises and I could knock this goal out pretty quickly! I’m also determined to visit all 12 Disney parks around the world. I’ve made it to 8/12, so only four more to go! And somewhere in there, I absolutely need to do an Alaska cruisetour. I want the best of both worlds: cruising through Alaska and then heading inland to experience even more of it.

Favorite Travel Memory:

One of my favorite travel memories is taking my daughter on a mom-and-daughter trip to Disney World just a couple of weeks before she turned three. We had to squeeze in one more trip while she was still free!
On our last night, it was pouring rain and we were waiting for the fireworks to start, but they kept getting delayed. We were hunkered down under our ponchos, just waiting for that magical announcement that the show was going to begin. I didn’t have a separate poncho for my daughter, so I just tucked her into mine with me. We were both sharing the same head hole, which had to look pretty hilarious.
Only about 20 minutes after the scheduled time, the music finally started playing and the fireworks began. There we were, soaking wet, snuggled together under the same poncho, watching the show. And I just started to cry. Honestly, I’m crying again just writing about it.
It was one of those moments I knew I wanted to remember forever. Kids grow so incredibly fast, and that trip reminded me why I cherish traveling with my daughter so much. It’s not always perfect, and sometimes you’re soaking wet under a poncho, but getting to experience the world through her eyes and make these memories together means everything to me.

My Best Travel Advice:

You don’t have to do it all for a trip to be amazing. I’m a big believer in having a plan, but not necessarily sticking to it. Know the general direction you’re going and the things you really want to experience, but leave room to wander, get a little lost, and discover the cool things you never knew were there.
Some of my favorite travel moments have come from the things we didn’t plan. Slow down, explore, and don’t be afraid to change the plan when something better comes along. This is especially true when traveling with little ones. Sometimes you just have to follow their lead!
And possibly my most practical travel advice: always bring snacks. Never underestimate what low blood sugar can do to a travel day, for kids or adults! Having a snack ready at the right moment can make everyone a whole lot happier.

When I am not planning trips you can find me:

Spending time with my family, watching competition reality TV (Big Brother, The Amazing Race, Dancing with the Stars, Taskmaster & so many more), creating or designing something, and almost always with an iced coffee in hand. I’m also probably researching a trip I absolutely do not need to book yet, talking about cruising to anyone who will listen, or counting down to our next adventure!
